The position is based in Jönköping, at the central administration of the District Veterinarians. In Jönköping, we are about 25 employees and serve as support for the field operations. Together, we create a successful organization where we put the customer first.

You will work closely with several units but belong to the Business Development unit. We all work strategically and innovatively to develop, streamline, and simplify operations together.

The position is a temporary contract of 100 - 75% as agreed during the period of May 2026 - September 2027.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an administrator, you are an important support to the management of the District Veterinarians and our support functions, with several administrative and practical tasks. We are a few units that together form the support functions, and we work closely together to provide good support to our field operations. We are also an organization that works with continuous improvements - and here we see that you also play an important role.

The work may include administration related to both digital and physical meetings, such as booking, planning, and preparations. For digital meetings, it may also involve recording, editing, and publishing material on the intranet.

Another part of the role is to handle administration related to employment and decisions in accordance with our processes and systems.

Our intranet is the hub of our internal communication. The role includes continuously updating pages, publishing news and notices, and supporting other support functions in their work with the intranet. You will be part of the editorial team and contribute to ensuring that the information is current and accessible.

In addition, based on your skills and the needs of the organization, you will support other support functions in various tasks ranging from customer contact and orders to simpler design and structuring of materials.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has completed a secondary education with passing grades. You have good computer and system skills as well as good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. We also see that you have previous experience in administrative work.

You are a person who appreciates structure and details, is meticulous and systematic, and enjoys working with recurring tasks. At the same time, you can be creative when the situation requires it and contribute improvement suggestions. You have a patient and persistent work style.

We also see that you are responsible and self-driven, have the ability to identify what can be streamlined, and can raise improvement suggestions in processes. Because you are service-oriented, you quickly build a network both within the organization and among the support functions. You also value the opportunity to learn new things.

Meritorious:

  • Experience working with intranets, preferably in SiteVision
  • Experience with P360 and Visma
  • Experience with programs in the Adobe suite, such as Acrobat, InDesign, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro/Rush.
